How to Get A-Head of Presidents

Clermont, FLA. — There's more than one way to get ahead, so says F.J. Toole of Clermont, Fla. In fact, he's got 36 heads—one for each U.S. President- to fit 36 figures to represent leaders. While waiting to open a museum of presidents, Toole combs Zachary Taylor's hair.
