A Look Inside

November 20, 2009 - February 15, 2010

This year's Christmas Around the World and Holidays of Light celebration will be inspired by America's most famous and beloved landmark: the White House. Museum guests will be invited to explore a meticulously detailed, 60-by-13 feet, large-scale replica of the White House in a special exhibition, open from November 20, 2009 through February 15, 2010. This exhibit also features the four presidents from Illinois: Lincoln, Grant, Reagan and Obama with behind-the-scenes details about day-to-day life in the White House, including stories, photos and presidential china.
